I think we'd be more justified in saying "Gary Darnell".

We'll see just how good Charlie was. He came in with S.S. and then hung on through Zook and then shared the job with Urban's people. Bottom line is the Gators draw a crowd of talent on either side of the line and can make a coach look pretty good - warranted or not. Can we say 'Ron Zook'?

It truly hurts to lose Coach Strong and I know it's always been a dream for him to be a head coach. It's selfish to wish that he would stay with us, but it would only delay him from his destiny and dream. Good luck Coach Strong there will always be a soft spot in this Gators heart for you.

awesome guy! I have always had great respect for Charlie Strong and how he manages his defense, his players, and himself. Always cool, calm, and collected, and always a class act!

Good luck at Louisville! They are getting a great coach!
